[Solved] Difficulty with upgrading the System

SO Not really sure what info is going to be useful, but I've run into this problem a couple times.

Computer:
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2
Kernel Version: 6.9.7-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz
Memory: 7.6 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics 630
Manufacturer: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
Product Name: TUF GAMING FX504GD_FX80GD
System Version: 1.0
Host: TUF GAMING FX504GD_FX80GD 1.0 (old boy)
CPU: Intel i5-8300H (8) @ 4.000GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Mobile
GPU: Intel CoffeeLake-H GT2 [UHD Graphics 630]

I few plasmoids have given me this error but most recently was this one. Once installed through the Plasma "store" I went to add it to my panel and it wont show up, it shows an error Icon and when clicked I get this error:

file:///home/user/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.windowbuttons/contents/ui/main.qml:23:1: module "org.kde.appletdecoration" is not installed

Sure as sh.... well I don't can say that.... sure as all get out, I went and looked the package does not appear to be installed.
I found two other post related to this issue. One was dated back to KDE/Plasma 5 (unless I misunderstand the assignment) and the other simply devolved into an slap stick argument between a Trollish admin and Luddite, so I really couldn't make heads or tails of the exchange. So, I'm not proud of asking, but here we are!

Re: [Solved] Difficulty with upgrading the System

You installed what exactly? And as noted in the warning when opening the store, things in there are user provided contents and might set your cat on fire.

The closest I can get at just from the package name and looking at files providing anything akin to an appletdecoration is extra/plasma-applet-window-buttons you probably want that instead of what you installed via the store

Also everything on your system is heavily outdated, before trying to troubleshoot something that's already fixed, update your system: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=130309

Re: [Solved] Difficulty with upgrading the System

Thank you V1del.
I tried using the package from the repo instead (good eye), but I still get the exact same error.
I'm out of date? I ran pacman, well, yay actually, and everything appears to be up to date, am I missing step?
This may be the source of many of my problems. I am obviously missing a step in the update process, could you help with pointing me in the right direction?

As an addendum, I even ran

[/] root# pacman -Syyu
:: Synchronizing package databases...
core                                  121.6 KiB   441 KiB/s 00:00 [------------------------------------] 100%
extra                                   7.9 MiB  13.7 MiB/s 00:01 [------------------------------------] 100%
multilib                             138.9 KiB   469 KiB/s 00:00 [------------------------------------] 100%
:: Starting full system upgrade...
there is nothing to do
[/] root#

Re: [Solved] Difficulty with upgrading the System

Thank you, Seth,
but I am already reading this as we speak. Let me be more specific, what is out of date? So that I may know where to start picking at the marble.

Re: [Solved] Difficulty with upgrading the System

Everything you listed in your OP.
Don't run partial updates! There's exactly one way to update arch, the command is in the blue box in the linked wiki.

Re: [Solved] Difficulty with upgrading the System

That's the thing, all I do is Pacman -Syu, aside from installing new packages which I do a Pacman -Syu before hand.

I just now did this:

[/] root# pacman -Syu
:: Synchronizing package databases...
core is up to date
extra is up to date
multilib is up to date
:: Starting full system upgrade...
there is nothing to do

And the only reason I did Pacman -Syyu was become it was suggested elsewhere, but it had not effect anyway.
So, if I'm running a full system update, why am I behind the curve?
I apologize, I must be missing something important here, because I feel like I'm in the twilight zone.

Re: [Solved] Difficulty with upgrading the System

Thank you, Seth,
It was indeed the mirrors.
I got it fixed and my system is currently fully upgrading. I don't know when I got hooked but there is a lot.
Sorry on the late response, I had school work so I couldn't risk bricking the computer last week, it at least was working enough.
Thank you guys!
