[KDE] No Cisco AnyConnect tab available

Synopsis:

I've got a system installed that's been migrating from drive to drive for quite some time. I can create new VPN connections (Cisco AnyConnect compatible (openconnect) in particular), and I can see the VPN (openconnect) tab when I do so.

Problem:

I'm trying to set up another machine to do the same. As far as I'm aware all required network packages have been installed, and both openconnect and openvpn too. The tab is not there however, and I have literally no idea what's different. I can create a new connection through nm-connection-editor, but it's a Gnome thing, and I still can't edit it later.

There have been similar issues across different distros and DEs:

Re: [KDE] No Cisco AnyConnect tab available

Is the relevant network connection plugin for NetworkManager, networkmanager-openconnect installed as well?
