Huh, not for me? I still see mount-boot-later.service taking 9.108s to start in sytemd-analyze blame

I still have that issue after reinstalling, however I did not re-create any partitions, just cleared them,

I think I'm facing the same slow booting due to the ipu6 webcam on my dell laptop, so could you please tell me if you have solved the problem or if otherwise you still need your workaround systemd service?
