[Solved] V2ray suddenly doesn't work on this machine ONLY!

I have 3 devices connecting to the same V2ray VPS server, all of them work except for this one.
So the V2ray server side can not be the problem.

I just shut this laptop down 1 day and woke up with v2ray stop working, I had 0 recollection of ever touching my v2ray.
No log of error or anything, it just refused to work!

Sometimes it works if I `sudo killall v2ray` and manually do `v2ray run --config=/etc/v2ray/config.json`
it might work, but atm I'm speaking, it stopped working after I reboot it
v2ray config.json is completely identical to the other 2 devices, and I haven't touched it at all.

What the fuck is happening??

EDIT: new information:
journalctl shows this:

EDIT 2: I tried the memory leak solution by doing as documented in V2ray Beginner's Guide

It did nothing, outside of removing the memory leak error

Stupid mistake, it works now, I just downgrade/upgrade my v2ray and it wiped my config.json, it works after i recover it
