[Solved] Suddenly cannot connect to my 5GHz network.

Oddly, it stopped working after waking it up from sleep, previously it had worked fine. I tested other devices on the 5GHz portion of my network to make sure it was working, and it works perfectly fine. But now I cannot connect to the 5GHz network anymore on my PC, only the 2.4. It does connect, but it has no internet. If I ping 1.1.1.1, it returns nothing. I had installed the ufw firewall today, but I have since completely disabled it and rebooted. I've also ran pacman -Syu and rebooted and yay and rebooted. I am sorry for not having any logs to show since I am not sure what to put, so if there is any logs needed to fix the issue I will happily add them. Thanks so much in advance. I will include my network controller information in case that is useful.

0f:00.0 Network controller: MEDIATEK Corp. MT7922 802.11ax PCI Express Wireless Network Adapter
Subsystem: MEDIATEK Corp. MT7922 802.11ax PCI Express Wireless Network Adapter
        Kernel driver in use: mt7921e
        Kernel modules: mt7921e

Re: [Solved] Suddenly cannot connect to my 5GHz network.

I have fixed the issue, sorry for even posting to the forum in the first place. I will detail how I solved it for future reference.
I dual boot Windows 11 on another drive. I booted into Windows to check if I had the same exact issue there and I did. So I decided to power cycle. Shut down my PC, unplug my power cable, hold down the power button for 20 seconds, and replug the power cable and boot up the PC. This SOMEHOW completely fixed the issue. Anyway it's solved.
