Invisible or ghosting windows when using Plasma X11 session

I switched to Plasma Wayland session 1 week ago. Today,  I tried to launch an X11 session instead. To my surprise, it just showed me a black screen with a mouse pointer. The opened windows seemed existed but invisible. I used Ctrl+Alt+F3 to switch to a tty, and typed 

DISPLAY=:0 kwin-x11 --replace &

Then I got windows with ghosting but still no wallpaper. I tried to kill the plasmashell process and let it respawn. It brought back my wallpaper, but the desktop was still unusable. Also, the desktop icons looks strange, both on Wayland and X11 sessions.

There's a regression with some optimus configurations, https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=309874


Also, the desktop icons looks strange, both on Wayland and X11 sessions.

You might want to quantify "strange" w/ a screenshot (please don't embed huge images, only link them)

I'm sorry I can't post a screenshot. Also, today it once worked (display all things correctly) by restarting kwin_x11, but I can't reproduce it by doing the same thing again.

Yes. After stopping the worked session and starting another, the problem remained. I didn't save the log of the good server. The posted log is of the bad server.

My operations after boot into a Wayland session:

1. Logout the Wayland session.
2. Login into a X11 session.
3. Get black screen like before.
4. Switch to tty3 and restart kwin_x11.
5. Get a working X11 session.
6. Restart greetd two times to get back to Wayland session.
7. Collect the journal.

Updated xorg log? What's the output of  

glxinfo -B

What if you remove /etc/X11/xorg.conf and/or try xorg-server 1.21.1.18 (there's a bug in the .19/.20 behavior on hybrid systems for sure)

The background opacity of the text below the icon is incorrect.

"How"? Though (assuming you object to the shadow frame at all) this is probably unrelated (the rounded corners mean there's no problem w/ any alpha rendering and this is probably a configuration thing with the plasma desktop shell)

Sorry, I don't know. I did a system upgrade after trying to downgrade xorg-server. Also, there is no /etc/X11/Xorg.conf on my system now, I deleted it on 11-06.

You can still access older journals  ("… -b -δ", increase δ for older journals) and also provide the xorg log anyway?

It's lost as I also tried to start the seesion after the system upgrade. If you need it, I can downgrade xorg-server again and collect it again.
