144hz not showing up in arch linux

Hello, recently i ran into an issue that xrandr stopped showing me my 144hz rate. I used Arch Linux before and never had this issue. But recently as i decided to install Arch as my main system again the problem showed up out of nowhere, basically xrandr shows me the max refresh rate of 60 hz (which is not the max of course)

I have latest nvidia drivers installed through pacman (nvidia, nvidia-utils, nvidia-settings). I also tried adding a custom 144 hz mode through cvt and gft, but it gave me this error:

X Error of failed request:  BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)

Before in my arch linux experience the 144hz option was always there, it also available on windows, but recently it just disappeared (from arch).
I use latest arch linux, Budgie environment (i tested the problem on different desktop environments and even tried reinstalling the system), latest bios, secure boot disabled.
My PC specs are:

MSI G24C4
RTX 3060
Ryzen 5 5600
Gigabyte B450M S2H
