Hi,
i am using this arch install since many years. Using the audio setup since >1 year without issues.
Sabaj A4 Amp via USB, then normal speakers.
Verified that the Amp+Speakers work via Bluetooth connection to my phone.
Usually it worked flawlessly but at some point the last....weeks? months? the sound just stopped working. No output of videos, local soundfiles, spotify, no system sounds.

There has been a bit of a shift in recent years and pipewire has predominantly become a major building block in video/desktop sharing for Wayland/flatpak systems, so chances some somewhat more recent dependency chain pulled in wireplumber which will (soft-)conflict with pulseaudio by default (you can configure things to keep pulseaudio as the audio daemon, but with recent developments there's seldom a reason to really prefer it over pipewire).
