When i try archinstall on the newest ISO, after it sorts mirrors i'm met with an issue with pacman; somethings wrong with the pgp and solutions from AI didnt work. It worked one time though but the exact same method didnt work the next time.

Looks like you're behind a captive portal or something?
Not sure where archinstall mount things, but assuming it's /mnt, check /mnt/var/lib/pacman/sync/core.db. It's likely an html file you can read.
