No audio from Dell 14S laptop

Hi everybody
I used Arch Linux on my old Dell Inspiron 5406 for about three years now, with no issues whatsoever.
Now I bought a new laptop, a Dell 14S (DS14265) with an AMD Ryzen 7 AI 445 CPU, and I can't get pulseaudio nor pipewire to recognise the sound card. I have pretty much zero experience with pipewire so I installed it just as a test, while I always used pulseaudio.
Once installed arch linux (i3 desktop profile on archinstall, WITH audio enabled of course) pavucontrol shows only a "Dummy output" as an available output. In the configuration tab, I can see a "Radeon High Definition Audio Controller", and I can set the profile Digital Stereo and Digital Surround for HDMI 1/2/3/4, and a Pro Audio option. None of these get me any sound, from speakers or headphones. This happens also on every other linux distro I tried (ubuntu, xubuntu, elementary os, manjaro kde, fedora), I have the 7.0.14.zen1-1 kernel installed, the BIOS of the laptop is already at the last revision, pulseaudio installed version 17.0... Also sof-firmware is installed (I think as a part of the "Audio" profile on installation)
Since I have zero experience with debugging these kind of problems, any help is appreciated...

Re: No audio from Dell 14S laptop

gioele.sb95,

From a fresh Arch Linux setup with pipewire, wireplumber, pipewire-alsa, and alsa-utils installed, please post the output of the commands `dmesg` (run as root) and `alsamixer` (make sure to copy the latter in code tags to preserve the monospace font).

P.S. Kindly outline how you've installed the system, in particular if you've used any assisted installation methods.
P.P.S. Do not install any other sound services, as they may interfere with one another.
