I dont want any FPS or things like that because then dont work well with the touchpad

There are plenty of good choices here for a laptop, especially strategy, RPG, and classic games that don't depend heavily on fast mouse movement. World of Goo, OpenTTD, and Death Rally would be high on my list for simple but enjoyable Linux gaming.
