After a reboot, connecting to internet using KDE's Network Manager resulted in a state where every website would timeout, not even a failure in name resolution. So, when pinging a website like google.com, archlinux.org, etc., the ping command would get stuck instead of halting and printing an error like "Temporary failure in name resolution". I also checked to see if KWallet somehow didn't decrypt the password, which it did so that wouldn't be a problem. I also upgraded all of my packages using USB, with another test where I disabled wpa_supplicant and used iwd instead, but seemingly that exact same problem with the exact same pinging behavior occurred.
My Arch Linux is installed on the SSD of my laptop, and I'm currently using Fedora on my HDD on the same laptop and have no issues.
