More dead/false links in sticky posts

According to the one mentioned here i've some others too:
- https://bbs.archlinux.org/misc.php?action=rules -> PrivacyPolicy Link
- https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=130309 (all 4 Links to Wiki)
- https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=135279 Wiki-Link

Not sure if this is the best way to report (gitlab Infrastructure issue report?).
You @mods/admins may check all relevant links in bbs/board sticky threads which often be used as short hint.
Also: A lot of them are evolved "historical" (see: creation dates, creation users). Maybe it would be better to eliminate them in favor of **one** actual bbs/board sticky?

//Edit:
"Snippets" users: Maybe do a quick check if the relevant link in your snippet / referenced post is valid, to find maybe more of these false links.

Thanks for flagging, looks like the wiki has stopped redirecting historical URLs which is why so many are dead now. We'll get the broken links fixed and review the stickies as time allows (probably over the weekend).
