vpnc 0.4 rekeying

Hi,
i have 2 questions about the new vpnc release 0.4

First off it should support rekeying. but i can't find anything about how to use this on their site. does anyone have an idea how to do that?

the second thing is a error message i get when i start it

:: Connecting to VPN                                                     [BUSY]
which: no ip in ($PATH)
which: no ip in ($PATH)
SIOCDELRT: No such device
VPNC started in background (pid: 9597)...
                                                                         [DONE]

hope you know what to do. it doesn't bother me much but what the hell
