Im compromised? Net goes down and dmesg warns alot..

Hello, I was installing CoV on my absolutely newly installed archlinux 0.8 when my network went down.

dmesg showed me the following messages:

TCP: Treason uncloaked! Peer 217.232.215.243:1560/52845 shrinks window 299929285
:299930465. Repaired.

According to a quick check on Google it could be either 'the remote host decided to shrink the TCP window size without negotiating it with my Linux box.' or someone trying to get to me..

Which ever it is, could anyone care to give me some pointers on what is happening here and what I could do in arch to stop it from happening again(more packages to install/configuration needed I havent seen yet)? I haven't installed any type of firewall tools in arch yet, but I do have a server in my closet running an updated Clarkconnect 3 firewall.

I checked the ip and it belongs to Deutsche Telekom AG according to ripe.net. My firewall doesn't warn me of anything so I am a little confuse atm..
