do a find for neo_cgi*
find / -iname "neo_cgi*"
You might be running into one of the cases where the app (clearsilver) needs to be rebuilt for python2.5

/root/packages/clearsilver/src/clearsilver-0.10.4/python/neo_cgi.def
/root/packages/clearsilver/src/clearsilver-0.10.4/python/neo_cgi.c
it doesn't seem to find the module
I saw in the aur that there where a patch for python 2.5 but it was commented out.

Having the same problem I built my own clearsilver package which works now. Here's the PKGBUILD I used:
pkgname=clearsilver
pkgver=0.10.4
pkgrel=1
pkgdesc="clearsilver is a fast, powerful, and language-neutral HTML template system"
arch=('i686')
url="http://www.clearsilver.net/"
license=('custom')
depends=('python')
source=(http://www.clearsilver.net/downloads/$pkgname-$pkgver.tar.gz)
md5sums=('9523df7ef17e41a01dbae5032a3e450b')
build() {
cd $startdir/src/$pkgname-$pkgver
./configure --prefix=/usr --with-python=/usr/bin/python \
--disable-apache --disable-ruby --disable-java --disable-csharp \
--disable-perl
make || return 1
make DESTDIR=$startdir/pkg install
}
It only contains bindings for Python since I don't need the other ones.
