Missing /etc/networks file

Hello all,
I wanted to name range and set of ip addresses, so I was looking for /etc/networks file. But I didn't find it. I'm curious if there is different arch way to accomplish it?

There's no /etc/networks in arch. Use /etc/rc.conf
