KDE Customisation?

Hi,

Just installed ArchLinux and wasnt really wanting to install the full 300mb version of KDE.

Is there anyway of installing a customised version of KDE onto archLinux?  Do I need to recompile KDE with only the libraries and programs I want?

If this has come across in other forums, links would be appricated.

Thanks big_smile

Hi,
Kdemod is your friend.
I have written a semi tutorial on installing the same.
Please read it at

You can also check the thread

Hope this helps.
