not connectable on bittorrent tracker

Hi all,

i'm reported as not connectable on ilovetorrents.com tracker. I wonder what is the correct way to check port forwarding (i'm using arno firewall script), and what is the correct way to debug this situation. I hope someone has some experience with such thing.

P.S. i tried different clients: transmission, azureus, bittornado and even wine+utorrent. I also tried to stop the FW.

and now i suddenly am connectable... i certainly did nothing
