I was having trouble getting xsane 0.93 running, cause it said that my scanner was busy, but now with 0.94 It just crashes. Every time I run it, it gives me the "scanning for devices" dialog, and stay there a long time, after closing all the sudden. My scanner is detected in sane-find-scanner, and was working in previous versions of xsane. Can someone try using xsane to see if it's a bug?

Last time I upgraded Xsane it wiped my config files so it may be worth checking them

If it wiped something that should be a config but isn't marked as one in the package, it's a bug and should be reported.

the problem I believe is with xsane, cause scanimage -L gives me all right info. Can someone try the package and see if it's broken.

Right, thanks that fixed it (even though I still can't scan), I'll fill a bug report.
