Problems with installing Oracle 10g on x86_64

Hi,

I downloaded 10201_database_linux_x86_64.cpio.gz package and tried to install by running runInstaller script.
But i received following error:

./runInstaller: line 54: /home/oracle/source/database/install/.oui: No such file or directory

But this files exists

Am I installing oracle in a wrong way?
