Force multicore usage

I'm running arch 32 on my AMD Athlon X2. I was wondering if might be possible to specifically instruct a process to run on a specific processor and to have that happen automatically whenever I launch a program?

Re: Force multicore usage

, but seriously, I would think that it would be better to just leave the scheduling alone, as it should know more about the current state than you.

Re: Force multicore usage

Let the kernel schedule it on it's own.

If you _must_ though, look up schedtool.
