Wireless Connect - Can't "Log In"

Having a few issues with wireless. I have a Broadcom 94311 (revision 1) card setup using the b43 driver. On my Fedora install everything works great. I use nm-applet to connect. I am able to "connect" my University's wireless network just fine - network manager shows I'm connected, gives my IP address, my laptop's wireless light comes on, etc.

However, we are required to authenticate before being able to actually use the network. This is done by automatically redirecting to a landing page where I put in my school username and password and then wah-lah - fully connected!  Unfortunately I am not redirected to this page when using wireless under Arch. Instead I get the usual page which shows up when having no connection. Does anyone have thoughts on how to fix this?

You don't know the address of the login page? You could go there manually by making it your homepage...

Re: Wireless Connect - Can't "Log In"

Sorry for the delayed reply.

That doesn't work, unfortunately, Zenlord. I wish it were so simple. sad

Are there any other thoughts? I'm about ready to give up. I've got this card to work in two other distros. A laptop isn't much good with wireless internet, unfortunately.

According to Conky's network monitoring and iwconfig I have a connection. However dmesg gives this:

input: b43-phy0 as /devices/virtual/input/input13

What's the IPv6 router thing?
