networkmanager failed dhcp on wifi

hi,
I installed archlinux on my laptop, and I prefere for control the connections to use network manager instead the normal way.
So i follow the wiki but networkmager failed to connect to wifi, but they recognize well the essid.
I don't understand where I wrong:
this is my rc.conf

Hello,

Same problem here, when using NetworkManager for a wifi connection... The "association" with my wifi network is ok, but it seems not to send any dhcp request. I just need to use dhclient in command line but it's not really user-friendly (I mean, I need to open a console, log as root and then ask for the dhcp... )
