VPN connectivity

I got my VPN connection working using MPPE/MPPC module. Got my DNS resolving working. Anything not on 10.1.x.x range I can't ping. I can resolve it through the DNS but I can't ping. I loose all the packets. Now I know that recently at work they added a new DHCP machine that leases IPs on 10.10.x.x - 10.255.x.x. Could it be that this machine is not configured correctly with the VPN machine?

I added this to my route

route add -net 10.0.0.0/8 dev ppp0

Greetings, did you compile the code from: http://mppe-mppc.alphacron.de/ ? Do you have any idea where I could find any more recent code or any PKGBUILDS for the module?
