Hi,
this is my first install of Arch, I used Ubuntu and Debian before.
I got everything up and running thanks to the wiki and the forum but right now I'm a little stuck.
When logging into GNOME, nm-applet needs a considerably longer time to connect then it used to under Ubuntu.
At first I thought that was due to the fact that Ubuntu has pam_keyring installed by default and it therefore just appears that nm-applet connects faster there.
But I managed to get the networkmanager's password unlocked automatically when logging in (added this to the wiki btw) and although I don't need to unlock it manually it still takes about a minute until NM is finally connected.
Does anybody know how to speed that up?
Maybe I'm missing something Ubuntu has installed by default, because I only did a minimal install of GNOME here.
Any hints are welcome.
Regards,
Nick

I did some further research and I couldn't find any similar problems with networkmanager, so maybe it's a driver problem?
Here's the networkmanager part of the messages.log I found: http://archlinux.pastebin.com/m346d1bfb
This is my chipset:
$ lspci | grep Atheros
02:02.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications, Inc. AR5212 802.11abg NIC (rev 01)
And this is my rc.conf: http://archlinux.pastebin.com/m6257cb98
