Dumb PHP ? How do I use PHP in .html files.[solved]

I've googled but I just seem to be missing it.

Could someone please point me to documentation or tell me what/how do I enable the Apache server to process inline php in .html files?

Instead of using htaccess, you can just change httpd.conf.
