Yukk!!!  Perl!!!

How about PyLinux?

If you develop an ear for sounds that are musical it is like developing an ego. You begin to refuse sounds that are not musical and that way cut yourself off from a good deal of experience.

Re: oh boy [CLx]

How bout bash Linux?  You could run all the programs either as C programs or as bash scripts from the commandline (and not have the command line differentiate). Now that would be something else!  In fact, if you wanted you could also run PERL or Python progrmas from the same command line. Now that's variety!

they are not infinite!! you cannot have files bigger than 2GB in size  tongue  ... no, just joking --- but i agree with Sarah31: anyone can have good links!

(but what i do not understand is the second part of the post: "..... they just have to have no life  tongue tongue " -> "have to sth. = must" => "they just must have no life" - how can links have a life?)

Re: oh boy [CLx]

You people spend far too much time trawling around looking for pictures of whatever you're talking about...

But hey, it's more constructive than anything I have to say wink
