Still getting used to the linux waters so from a troubleshooting standpoint I see a couple things... one it's loading the software, two the computer sees the device. Something in the way the device is talking to the computer is not being recognized... Any advice? I want to learn how to troubleshoot this, so specifically any advice to that effect would be great!
