Locking cnee down.

I was wondering whether it was possible to lock cnee down so as it doesn't collect su stuff. Its just if the user has it in its path to me it seems one small step from user privs to root.

So like in sudoers can I make it so that cnee is used specifically with a password prompt or maybe even just root.

Any input much appreciated even if no its not possible, just remove it
