After basic Samba setup I`ve noticed that file transfering from Linux to Windows XP is starting from even 25MB/s, but suddenly slowing down to stop, after the transfer is failing to the end, stopping several times for ~1 minute, then move 1 or 2% and again the same.
What exactly can cause this thing? Did someone experience this failure before?
The network is based on the wifi router - both machines are wireless with WEP 128bit encryption.
P.S. I have to check transfer in reverse direction.
