Error using WPA after the new kernel's update

After doin' the last kernel's upgrade to: 2.6.25.4-1
Wireless connections using wpa_supplicant cease to work, viewing the log files an error repeats:
iwl4965: Error sending REPLY_RXON_ASSOC: Already sending a host command.

Steps to reproduce:
ifconfig wlan0 up
iwconfig wlan0 essid ssid_s_name
wpa_supplicant -i wlan0 -w -D wext -c /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf -B

dmesg

any ideias to resolve this?
