Weird network problem? (Cannot connect to releases.mozilla.org,etc?)

On both of my arch boxes, the following sites cannot be accessed by WGET or FIREFOX:

releases.mozilla.org
mozilla.isc.org
irssi.org

But, they can all be pinged.

Any idea what could be causing this?

( Sorry if this is very vague, any info you require i'll be happy to give )

I fixed firefox by disabling ipv6, any idea how to fix this for the entire system?

(Using the wiki solution doesn't fix using YAOURT to install anything; ie using wget)
