I've installed tha iwlwifi-4965 package and so. I can see wireless networks in Knetworkmanager.
But I can't connect to my WPA2 cryptated wlan . I got connected once, but then it died shortly after.
I don't want to use any other wifi-managers. I only want my Knetworkmanager to work as it i suposed to .
Any ideas?

By saying "iwl4965 package" you actually mean "iwlwifi-4965-ucode", yes?
What kernel version are you running (uname -r)?
At least until kernel 2.6.26 is released I find compat-wireless to function a lot better then iwl included in kernel 2.6.25 (version 1.2.21 I believe).
You can install compat-wireless (these are actually backports of wireless drivers from kernel's git) from AUR, you just have to modify pkgver in PKGBUILD to match current date

Yes, that package and I'm running 2.6.25.ARCH kernel.

I've updated my arch with the testing respostorie, and I can connect to my wlan. But it's unstable. It like freezes all the time
Ndiswrapper might be a alternativ or change to another Wifi card. The 4965 has some serious heat problems in linux. But works fine in windows. So would it work like in in windows with ndiswrapper or?
If I can't get rid of the heatproblem I'll serously consider to change to another wifi-card that works good with linux, supports wpa2 and 300mbit.
