A question about tor

Let's say I have the following situation:

My PC --> Router/proxy --> The Web --> Website

This Proxy doesn't block anything, but it stores what websites I visit. Using tor, can I fool this logging system?

Re: A question about tor

If my understanding is correct, you can. Every traffic between your PC and the tor-node you're connected to should be encrypted, and thus everything in between (like your Router/proxy) shouldn't be able to see what you send/receive and where the package is going to.

For lack of better words: chair, never, toothbrush, really. Ohw, and fish!
