University wireless problems -WPA

I'm having some difficulties getting my wireless at my university working, primarily because I have no idea where to start. The school provides a .cer file, which Windows users are supposed to install and then deal with PEAP, WPA, TKIP, and EAP-MSCHAP v2. That's about all I know. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I don't know the WPA key or anything; I just have this .cer. Thanks so much for any help.

Re: University wireless problems -WPA

Have you looked through the cer file for the key? If that's all you need on windows, it's probably in there. I'd say "post it", but that would obviously be a bad idea...

and yet somehow a good idea tongue
