Hi,
usually I'm using openbox but with the release of gnome 2.24 I wanted to take a look at it (also made a trip to kde4 but I didn't like it).
I found this nice theme for ubuntu that I want to use in arch now: http://tinyurl.com/4ey29b
...but I don't get it (OB seems much more easier to customize than gnome )
Here you see how my desktop looks now:
1. My window is always grey. No matter what I do, I can't change the color.
2. I can't see the text in the panel as it ias black on black
3. Is the "Human" icon theme available via pacman or do I have to search it manually?
4. And now for something different: When I clikc on places > home a search window opens but I thought it should be nautilus. For "Computer" it works.

Thanks for the link.
I found another reason for the problems with changing the theme: it is only executably via gtk.chttheme that I installed for the use in OB. How can I (temporarily) change this?
Still not solved is #4 (and 3)

@gtk.chtheme: You can put this in your ~/.gtkrc-2.0 file to set the theme without using chtheme (assuming you installed Dust to ~/.themes):
include "/home/barghest/.themes/Dust/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"
@Human icons: I'm not sure what you mean by the Human icons. If you're referring to the default ubuntu mouse cursor, the first one is the white theme and the 2nd is black:
# pacman -S xcursor-vanilla-dmz
# pacman -S xcursor-vanilla-dmz-aa
#4: I'm not familiar enough gnome.

Barghest - You have GTK+ themes installed ? // From your screenshot I presume you're trying the Ubuntu Dust theme, which requires the -svn snapshot of Murrine engine.
human-icon-theme is in AUR
