Gnome Network Manager under Fluxbox

Hello! Im using fluxbox and I had wifi-radar to connect wifi but I missed a lot the gnome networkmanager so I've removed wifi-radar and installed it.
Now Im getting mad because, after following all the steps the networkmanager starts correctly but says there are no network devices and I cant solve this.

Some info

Re: Gnome Network Manager under Fluxbox

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

Re: Gnome Network Manager under Fluxbox

Just wondering, in Gnome, where is the gnome-network-manager? I've installed it, but can't find it. Where is it in the menu or what's the name to run it?
