Hello,
a long debian and centos user wants to give archlinux a try on his new eeepc 1000H. I downloaded the core-Image, moved it to an usb-stick and could install the base system without any problems.
After that I consulted your wiki (http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Asus_Eee_PC_901) and installed the zen-eee901-4G kernel (and wireless_tools because it was a needed dependencie) and booted with it. No problems have been so far. ArchLinux installation is pretty much straight forward so far.
But now I'm stuck I'm not able to bring up a wireless connection (and have no access to any wired connection so wireless needs to be run).
The problem is, it seems, the correct driver is missing because iwconfig shows no wireless extensions. In the wiki is written that rt2860sta would be the correct one. I modprobed it but still no wireless extension visible.
Is there a misstake in the wiki or am I missing something here?
