Hi,
Currently I run Ubuntu Intrepid 32 bit on an AMD 64 4400+ X2 CPU - I want the 32 bit compatibility especially with Firefox / JRE. Which Arch download do I need to achieve the same?
Thanks.

The i686 version.

Uh.. I'm not sur eif this is solved or not... So I'll post anyway...
archlinux-2008.06-core-i686.iso - Full install off a CD
archlinux-2008.06-core-i686.img - Full install off a USB Key
archlinux-2008.06-ftp-i686.iso - FTP install off a CD
archlinux-2008.06-ftp-i686.img - FTP install off a USB Key
Basically, to install the 32-bit version, you need one of the images with i686 in the filename.

You probably want: archlinux-2008.06-core-i686.iso
Core install has the "core" packages on the CD. FTP installer pulls everything from the internet as needed. Advantage of FTP install is that you do not need to update once your install is done and less total downloading. I always use the core installer.
