Every few minutes or so, I get a bit of packet loss, that lasts for just a few seconds. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem for browsing the web and such, but while playing Urban Terror (first person shooter), this is getting to be a problem.
This packet loss occurs in Debian, Ubuntu, and Arch, but does not occur when using ndiswrapper.

If anyone could give me any tips or pointers, I would very much appreciate it.

It has completely stopped... Extremely odd... The only thing I can think that I have changed, was installing Wicd.
Wicd++

Possibly wicd has some quirk-settings for your driver.
Netcfg lets you specify some well-known quirks, and one of them might solve your problem.
I had a similar problem with the new ath9k-driver and reverted back to ndiswrapper until the .28-kernel is out.
