Missing dependency of netutils-telnet

Telnet depends on libstdc++.so.6, but the package doesn't require it.
So the dependency list should be updated.

Re: Missing dependency of netutils-telnet

libstdc++.so.6 is owned by gcc, and as almost all the packages need gcc to be built it often isn't explicitly included in the dependencies  smile

Re: Missing dependency of netutils-telnet

If a package has a link level dependency on something within the gcc package, gcc must be listed as a dependency and must be ensured to be installed.

Makedepends are a little more lenient, but we have to ensure the packages work when installed.
