exporting a directory on which is mounted a DVD via NFS

Hi,

Is it possible to export a directory on which is mounted an encrypted video DVD across a network via NFS?

I mounted a DVD and I exported its mount point across my network to another host via NFS but when I try to mount it on the client machine I get this error.

mount: [...] failed, reasong given by server: Permission denied

On the server machine insted I get the following in the /var/log/messages file.

[...] rpc.mountd: getfh failed: Operation not permitted' one in the 
+/var/log/messages file.

What did I miss?

if at all possible, this is easy to setup via samba...

What about NFS anyhow? Is there a way to accomplish the task with it?
