This bug affects all 2.6 kernels, so if I want to continue using iptables I have to go back to 2.4?

I found the original security announcement on SuSE's site, which says the "problem has already been fixed in the 2.6.8 upstream Linux kernel".
Of course, Arch users are safe pacman -Syu often!
