dnsmasq and capability

hello there,
upon dnsmasq installation i got a message saying that capability module may be required. can i get more info on this ? wiki doesn't mention capability, and i don't really understand why it's needed.

You're likely fine. dnsmasq does indeed start as root, but by default it then goes back to running as nobody.

To make sure this is the case, run

ps aux | grep dns
