Can you (or anyone else) write some tips how to rebuild kbluetooth, so it would see the new library? Have anyone tried to do this?
Grab PKGBUILD, rebuild package, upgrade, profit.

obex-data-server when starting says, that it needs shred libraries /usr/lib/libMagickCore.so.1 and /usr/lib/libMagickWand.so.1
They are provided by imagemagick, and now there are /usr/lib/libMagickCore.so.2 and /usr/lib/libMagickWand.so.2. Try to make needed symlinks to existing libraries - may be it helps
Yes, it helps. I made both symbolic links, and transferrring files in both direction is working. But browsing mobele phone content don't working...

Not necessarily I guess. Makepkg is a part of pacman package

I just learned that files downloaded from pastebin.com are CRLF terminated. The CR characters should be removed to make linux (and makepkg) happy.
Here's one way to do it:

as I don't use gnome but kde for me bluez 4.30 is still an issue
everytime I switch on my laptop, I have to pair the mouse again
on old bluez-utils/libs it was not a case
this is making me frustrated already
hi guys,
I had the same problem. In fact, I still have it I guess, but I figured out at least some part of it.
The thing with that pairing over and over again is, that you don't have a "bluez-simple-agent" running. Make it run all the time and all your paired devices will reconnect back when needed.
The only thing I have not figured out, is how to retain it rinning after "suspend"?
I have put "/usr/bin/bluez-simple-agent &" in my "/etc/rc.local" file, so it starts ok when I boot up, bet after suspend it stops running. In my case I don't see gui interface of python pin helper eihter, but running the "agent" from command line does the initial pairing ok, so I dont bother.
there you go!

If you use pm-utils to suspend/resume you can put a script in /etc/pm/sleep.d which runs before and after suspend/hibernate. For example, I use this script just to play a sound before and after suspend or hibernate..
bd@bd-laptop ~ $ cat /etc/pm/sleep.d/80-sndalert
#!/bin/bash
case $1 in
hibernate)
/usr/bin/play /usr/share/sounds/hibalert.wav
;;
suspend)
/usr/bin/play /usr/share/sounds/suspalert.wav
;;
thaw)
/usr/bin/play /usr/share/sounds/hibalert.wav
;;
resume)
/bin/sleep 5 && /usr/bin/play /usr/share/sounds/suspalert.wav
;;
*)
;;
esac
try using that as a template and see how you go.

Great, I'll give it a go.
btw, do you know how to arrange, that screen actually locks when lid action is triggered? It only locks if I tell it to lock by clicking "lock& suspend" button. Otherways it just suspends and comes back with an unlocked session.
