yes. provided your bios supports booting from usb devices. you will also have to use the USB core or USB ftp image from the download page.

My laptop was unable to boot from usb pendrive, so I used grub to boot Archlinux from a pendrive. Just edit the grub boot line (with e key).
This requires some bootloader that can boot linux kernel (grub or lilo) already installed though.
Edit: I will add a step-by-step howto on wiki when reinstalling next month.

one doubt arise...
i follow the wiki on windows using flush...
but now, when i try to read it, on windows, appears a format problem
is that ok?
