I'm a little perplexed on this one...
The current version of Deluge in the Arch repos is 1.1.5. This version has 2 plugins, neither of which are for a WebUI
My friend has Deluge installed on Ubuntu which he says is version 0.5.5 and he has a plugin for a WebUI.
What am I missing here? Was this functionality removed from Deluge?
I'd love to get Deluge going with a WebUI if I can so I can access and control the client from remote without having to VNC etc.

WebUI is not a plugin anymore. See http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/Faq# … xismissing
It also gives you a link to show how to start different user interfaces. http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/Faq# … interfaces
As as aside, why not use rTorrent? Its cli and has a number of choices for web interface like rTwi, wTorrent, n2hell, Web-GMUI, gi-torrent, rtGUI, RTPG. Here's the link, just in case

There's no such thing as a stupid question, but there sure are a lot of inquisitive idiots !

Thanks! That explains it

I've tried it before, but haven't had the patience to learn all the keystrokes. Being a sysadmin for 160-odd Linux machines, I do enough on the CLI... I like to indulge in a GUI sometimes
