symfony doesn't work...

I'm following the Jobeet tutorial. I've created a project but I can't view it. In apache error_log, I found this:

/home/utku/Projeler/Jobeet/web/.htaccess: Invalid command '<IfModule', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

My .htaccess is:

When I remove the line which includes

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>

Another problem appears:
