Hello guys,
are there any burning tools except the big ones like k3b or brasero that support essential things such as gui, options to burn and copy images, burn from cd/dvd to cd/dvd, burn an audio cd etc.?
I'm looking for small alternatives that fit well to lightweight WM's.

xfburn or recorder work well for basic needs (including everything you listed).

Graveman.

Well currently I want to copy a DVD.
With recorder I can't find any option to copy CD or DVD and Graveman obviously isn't able to copy DVD's but only CD's at least I see only a entry for CD's.

Have a look at acidrip for dvds.

essential things such as gui
A gui is not essential - it's a matter of personal preference. If you can get past it, have a look at bashburn.

A bit misunderstanding...what I want to avoid is a program that requires any commands to type in. I looked also at bashburn but also that has only a function to copy CD to CD but not a DVD or am I looking wrong on it?

EDIT: ah sorry I didn't read that last post.

I second brasero-lite, I've been using it for a while with no problems.

Brasero hasn't worked for me in a while. It won't recognize my burner, I tried bashburn but it could only burn isos, or I coulnd't find how to burn multiple files directly.
Xfburn works, but it is slow as hell, don't know what's the game with that. Is there something terribly wrong with my installation ? I wouldn't know where to look...luckily I need to burn a disc on my lappy once in a blue moon so it doesn't bother me.
Anyway, I would recommend you take a look at Xfburn...
